Traditionally, Turkish meals are heavily influenced by the region they were created in. Aquitaine’s cuisine is honest and flavourful, as they believe no dish needs to be overly complicated. Middle Eastern and Classic Australian - Spice Central Kitchen & Bar


This beautifully designed, open restaurant will take you on a journey of the world’s greatest spice markets. The local, fresh products star in every dish and guarantee for flavourful, extraordinary culinary experiences. Having recently launched a new menu, you will find dishes such as gin cured ocean trout, sesame crusted salmon and Lapsang Soughan Tea infused chicken on the menu (see featured image). All dishes highlight fresh, seasonal produce and are melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness. The restaurant has floor to ceiling windows allowing guests to enjoy the view of nearby Musgrave Park.

Switzerland is famous for its cheese and chocolate all over the world. Max Brenner makes chocolate fantasies come true. You will find decadent pastries, thick milkshakes and creamy fondues on their menu. Whether you are feeling like white, milk or dark chocolate, Max Brenner has you covered. Watch in awe as chocolate is melted in bathtub size kennels. A crowd favourite on the menu are their chocolate pizzas with a multitude of toppings and their hot chocolates or better known as a hug in a mug.


Thai – Siam


Thailand was better known as Siam for a long time and many natives still refer to it as Siam. In the country of smiles, every guest is made to feel welcome and at Siam South Bank you will experience authentic Thai cuisine and customs. Siam offers a wide array of contrasting textures, tastes and seasonings, which are an integral part of Thai culture and are incorporated into the food. Siam features classic Thai dishes like Tom Yum, Tom Kah, Kao Soi Gai or Pad Thai.


Mexican – Mucho Mexicano


From its humble beginnings, Mexican food has taken the world by storm and can be found in almost every country. Mucho Mexicano dishes up traditional Mexican food with a polished twist and caters to all your burrito, taco or enchilada needs.
