After taking a break in 2020, Regional Flavours is back in South Bank this year with not one, not two but three events to look forward to! Each event features cooking classes, talks, signature events & off course plenty of opportunities to indulge in delicious food & drink.
Kicking off 2021, is the Grazed + Grown event on 18-20 June, which focuses on celebrating Australia’s unique landscape, makers and pioneering chefs. Grazed + Grown will specifically feature produce sourced from within a 250km radius of Brisbane, focusing on local growers, seasonality and sustainability.
Next is the Global Fiesta event on 20-22 August, highlighting Australia’s multicultural cuisine and international food trends.
Lastly, Providore Park on 15-17 October, is all about fine food, a delicatessen haven so to say, with a particular focus on wine, cheese and chocolate.
