There are limited onsite secure underground parking spaces available at $32 per car per 24 hour period (self-parking). This carpark’s height limit is 2.3 metres, and is accessible by lifts from the hotel lobby.

Unfortunately we are unable to reserve carpark spaces and it is on a first-come first-served basis.
In the event that the onsite carpark does fill, we have negotiated a discount for hotel guests at the nearby Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC) carpark. This is located a short 5 minute walk (2 minute drive) just 230m from the hotel and is at a discounted rate of $28 per car per 24 hour period.
Guests are able to unload their cars in the Novotel driveway using the Porter’s Trolley’s available, check in and store their bags at the hotel, then self-park in the nearby BCEC for the duration of their stay. To redeem this discounted offer, please present BCEC entry ticket to reception team and they will be able to provide the discounted exit ticket.
Unfortunately we do not offer a hotel-operated airport transfer service, or have the facilities to organise airport transfers.

– Taxis are able to pick-up passengers directly at the Arrivals terminal. A typical cab fare ranges between AUD$45.00 to AUD$80.00 for a one way trip, depending on standard sedan or maxi taxi. More information can be found: https://www.airport-brisbane.com/taxi.php.
– Airtrain services operate approximately every 20 minutes and depart from both Domestic and International Airports. Prices are approximately $18 per passenger. The Airtrain stops at South Brisbane Train Station, which is the closest train station to our property – only approximately 5 – 7 walk away. You are able to purchase a ticket at the train station or pre-book via https://www.airtrain.com.au/
– Private transfers can be organised through services such as Limoso at www.limoso.com.au. They offer luxury vehicles starting from AUD$85.00 one way.
– Con-X-Ion is a third party service that offers airport transfers from approximately AUD$25.00 per person one-way. Bookings are essential as these run at scheduled times during the day. You can book online via: https://www.con-x-ion.com/
